Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. It's important to remember that all returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and must be in new and unused condition. This is to ensure a smooth return process for you.

It's important to note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. However, you have the power to choose the method of return. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return for your peace of mind.

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Rest assured, it will take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage & Expections

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items for any visible defects such as cracks, dents, or tears, and promptly notify us if you discover any such issues. This will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

If your order has been damaged during transit, we understand the inconvenience this can cause. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide photographs of the product and shipping box accompanied by a detailed description of the damage. It is imperative to report any damage within 48 hours and prior to the product's initial use.

Your role is crucial in the return process. For all requests related to returns, refunds, or exchanges, we will require a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase. Your proactive approach is not just helpful but integral to our service, and it helps us serve you better.

You may notice that certain items, like candles and wax melts, can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping. To prevent potential damage from prolonged heat exposure, we suggest choosing a delivery location with a cooler environment, such as a business or a residence with air conditioning. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for products that melt due to prolonged exposure to hot temperatures.

We want to ensure you are fully informed about our policy. We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Moreover, discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
